- Row-level security in the database: a request without a property fails closed.
- Sensitive fields such as NIN, BVN and pay are encrypted in the database.

Can we try Pulse before we subscribe?
Yes. Choose the 14-day trial hotel with demo data on the subscription form. No payment card is needed, and when you subscribe we can keep your trial set-up or start clean.

Pulse is priced per property, by edition and room count. Tell us about your hotel and we will send your proposal.
How do my staff sign in?
Each hotel has its own address. Staff can also start at cloud.getpulsehms.com/signin with your hotel code or their work e-mail and are taken to your hotel's own sign-in page. Passwords are only ever typed there.
Where is our data kept?
In the hosting region agreed in your contract, with a Nigerian region for in-country residency. You can export your data, files and audit trail whenever you ask.
What if our internet connection goes down?
The point of sale keeps selling offline; desk work waits for the connection to return.
We already run Pulse on our own server. Can we move?
Yes. Pulse's export and restore tools move your hotel's data, files and audit trail to the hosted service.
